Shadows in the Dark

A longform documentary microsite for World Identity Network - an organisation creating self-sovereign identity solutions for the over one billion people worldwide with no way to prove who they are. As the sole front-end developer, I built a WebGL mist simulation that runs throughout the scrolling narrative - subjects emerge from dense, roiling fog into clear focus, a visual metaphor for the invisible becoming visible. Magazine-style typography and photography layer over the dark atmospheric canvas, with each section transitioning seamlessly to pull the reader deeper into the story.
